I should clarify that the small image in video is because my hdmi capture thing sucks and i had to drop the resolution to get real 60 fps capture

As far as I know in regular D64 the Features menu was unlockable with a password and/or maybe beating Hectic? I just have it always enabled because I need to test stuff and can't be dying all the time

I obsessed for a few months to get locked 30 fps everywhere but one scene, guess I need to do the same thing now but for 60 🫠
