I'm crying. This is what people should expect of a Best Performance, no less. To nail this LIVE flawlessly while dancing with a choreo this intense.. they should've got like twenty Best Performance awards by now, it's just a crime that they have none. Look at Siyeon on 2:35 - I mean it is okay to lipsync that part but she NAILED THAT LIVE WHILE SPINNING. Not just her as the main vocal but ALL of the members, even the so-called sub-vocalists, nailed each part too and we can clearly hear them sing live all the time. If this isn't talent, I don't know what is.

This is kind of ironic given how intense the song is but I started tearing up. You can tell they were dancing and singing their hearts out and although they didn’t get their first win, it felt like they were thanking the fans for all our hard work. If Handong's answer during today's fansign didn't confirm it, this performance certainly teased it - there are several choreography motions in this that are in DC's Wind Blows performance from the showcase, signaling follow-up promotions using the song. That sounds great because that choreography was amazing and would give DC 3 weeks of promotions for the album (but before people get excited about another first win chance, with no MV and the song not charting currently those prospects seem remote). Even though Dreamcatcher may not get a first win this time around (Show Champion, where attendance isn't required, is the last chance assuming they announce winners), everyone should take heart in the fact that Dreamcatcher did the best yet charting and growing. It's a slow but eventual burn, but they'll get there.

I first heard Dreamcatcher's songs when they debuted as MINX but listened casually since Chase Me. Lately, they've been drawing me back in. I mean, pulling off stable live vocals and dancing like that with that much charisma?? I've listened to k-pop for more than 10 years and I truly haven't seen a girl group like them. As an ATINY, I've seen time and time again that small companies have to fight harder for space in the k-pop industry. And with a non-generic concept, the fight is even tougher! But I really hope that DC will continue to get recognition in SK and abroad - they're so talented and deserve much more than they've received so far from the industry IMO!
