Thanks for the video. I’m Native American and like seeing people embrace the Dreamcatcher in its many forms. Our tribes openly share that dream catchers are not a religious item. A dream catcher is a symbol of unity and was a gift to all nations we teach on our reservations. If you want to learn more research the medicine wheel which the dream catcher symbolises. Do your research and spread the symbol of unity

This is a very creative idea Very beautiful! I came on here for Christmas diys and found this video I have never seen this before!! I cannot wait to make some with my daughter, I have antique doilies that my great grandmother has made that have been in a zip lock bag for 20 years and I can't think of a better way to bring them on out in a new way rather than keeping them stored away to preserve them, thank you so much!!

I love how its all pure white and the crochet doily in the center makes it like a dreamy snowflake 😍 It’d be fun to make a bunch of small ones to put around the house for winter, maybe it would manifest some beautiful snowfall ;)

Hey beautiful souls just wanted to add a note onto this video in regards to a cultural aspect. I would like to acknowledge the Native Americans tribes for the heritage of the Dreamcatcher. I will be doing another video regarding the legend and history behind real dreamcatchers. I would also like to point out that these are not traditional dreamcatchers and hold no religious or spiritual connections. This particular dreamcatcher is made with no dreamcatcher web and rather with an English crochet doily, technically not a dreamcatcher however, due to marketing it has been called that. There is a very particular way to make a Dreamcatcher involving native traditions to make a real dreamcatcher which I will later speak about. I hold the deepest respect for all our native ancestors and wish all peace, creativity and harmony.

On the subject of feathers, I collect discarded feathers as birds go through a molt every year and lose their feathers naturally and regrow new ones. Have gotten some very beautiful ones from friends with exotic birds that way.
Hi! You can also use clear nail polish at the end of the yarn after knotting it so it doesn't fray :)

Gracy Singh with hoops or coat hangers or tree branches leather strips feathers beads rocks little special things that people liked or wanted on them sometimes II used artifical senuefor the website and added the story of the dreamcatcher with it that's basic but all we're different
