I feel like a lot of the crowds are maybe flovers (fromis_9 are popular in SK), but at the time fromis_9 didn't have lightsticks and have just recently gotten it in 2023 after 5 goddamn years. So maybe there were less lights because of that. Idk

This is why Dreamcatcher is my fave girl group. It's so horrible to see the fans of other groups be so rude. Dreamcatcher is definitely appreciated a lot more all over the world except for Korea. I find that the songs that tend to trend the most in SK are actually my least favourite or most disliked songs which says something

From what I've seen of the whole awards show and even the little amount of applause/cheers when other groups names were read out was consistent. This was not a huge awards show like MAMA so naturally the type of audience participation was much less.

I love Dreamcatcher! They have skills and all of them are beautiful with great personalities. They give 100% energy to their performances and fantastic emotional expression and passion. Every one of their songs is a gem because of this. Imo, they are one of, if not THEE best in Kpop! Also, except for the awesome Insomnias there, this is one of the most rigid, unexcited, sitting there with there bare faces hanging out crowds I've ever seen! Dreamcatcher deserves way better than this!

InSomnias in that event where too small. Majority are fan girls of boy groups. And as far as I can remember, groups who received this "black ocean" treatment became successful😊. And also put into consideration that this is just one of those few award shows that they have attended. They just gained momentum when they got they're first win last yr. True. That's why i don't believe when big group fanbases complain about how rockie groups or soloists don't bow to them and how "disrespectful" it is. Bowing among idols is never a sign of respect, is about how inferior they feel towards that other idol(group) so they bow. The reason is that fromis_9 has many Korean fans compared to Dreamcatcher, and I feel like a lot of the crowds were maybe flovers with no lightsticks.
