Thinking back to _Chase Me_ where Handong was supposed to have two short lines in the entire song, but ended up singing only the prechorus line, while Siyeon took Handong's line in the first verse, because Handong wasn't confident enough yet (in the MV you can see Handong lip-syncing the line and she did take the part back in later performances and the Japanese recording of the song, but in the original recording it's clearly Siyeon's voice). And now Handong is literally filling in for Siyeon's *chorus part* ?? That's just.. poetic ♥

"I don't know who to focus on" Good thing DC uploaded fan cams in 4k for each of the girls so you can watch all of them, lol. The dancEAR and Its Live performances are always so impressive to me. The dancEAR one specifically because it's so raw. No backing track, no vocal filters, no compression, no reverb, just raw vocals, and they sound phenomenal. I checked out a few of the other DancEAR performances and of the ones I checked out DCs is by far the most stripped back and natural sounding. All the others had compression and filters on the vocals, so I definitely feel like that was their choice to do because they're so confident in their singing ability.

If you watch the dance practice or the choreographer’s demo of Justice you’ll see that they’re supposed to dance at the same time while belting the high note. But during lives that member just stands still (except for the final chorus which was Siyeon’s/Sua’s part) which makes sense since it would be difficult to be stable with all that movement. And initially when I heard 2 Rings without watching the performance, I had imagined that it was taking place at a bar where biker gangs hang out and all of a sudden a fight breaks out. Definitely got the biker part right 😂
