I love that we won on Show Champion and not on The Show. I fucking cried, man. I've been with them since April 2018 and this has been a long, long, long time coming. The best thing is that they won on their own terms, in a genre the entire industry told them would fail. But they persevered. We finally got them to the mountaintop.

The fact that literally everyone had been waiting for this day to come. I heard even the show champion staff cried and they gave dc as much time as they could have for the encore to celebrate their first win. T.T I've been a fan since you and I era. I'm not a hardcore somnie (i find it difficult to ult more than 3 groups at the same time) but DC have always been special to me and I always love keeping up with their comebacks and listening to their albums new and old. Every comeback I'd always wondered why they haven't gotten their first win yet. DC is one of the best groups imo. They all have top tier vocals and always present high quality music and performances. Not to mention their physical albums which are always BEAUTIFUL. Seriously the hard work they put in every comeback is just amazing. Can't forget InSomnias too ofc who are just lovely. I had all day to process this. It still seems like a dream. One thing I noticed in looking at the comments from their encore videos is that everyone was rooting for them. There were different fandoms who were supporting DC to get this win… some non-fans even said they cried watching them get the win. It just shows how much respect they are getting these days. I’m a little disappointed by one thing. Dreamcatcher deliberately went out of their way to make connections with other idols. @@jst0511 i don't really know for the dark concept it's simple we got a lot of urban legend in korea , lot of dark story , ghost story etc.... so in music we don't like scary thing ( i talk in general me personaly i don't care i love dark movie and concept ) of course we got rock band and we got a rock scène but it's a music bring by the american during the korean war . before that we got our own music . after the 70's our people start to love a lot pop music and we created our own pop mixed with korean traditional song's . in the 90's we also like a lot EDM music and in 1992 the first "kpop" groups debut a mix of every genre we like . and yes SNL KOREA is a popular show , maybe not for a kpop fan's or idol . but when an artist (singer , idol , actor , athlète , personality ) start to became very popular we see him/her in SNL.

What's the worst thing to happen to a kpop group? Not winning? No Disbanding! I consider Minx a part of Dreamcatcher history. They tried and failed after 2 years. Most of the time you will never see those idols again. But we seen the entire group plus 2 more, with the same company, resurrect from Disbandment. Then an additional 5 years of getting back up til now. Including Minx era adds to the achievement of this win after 2771 days.

I not a fan of dreamcatcher cause their style of music isn't for me but I wanted this for them so bad as they deserve something good to happen. The hardwork and will to keeping going when everything been against them and people saying they should quit, it mad how long it took. This got me emotional seeing how much it meant and them always thinking it wasn't gonna happen. They have great CEO who believes in their talent. He keep faith cause he knew this day would come. Really hope it start of more wins for them as they deserve the world
