The vocals just had that rock quality to them (which is why I really like the song). Before kpop, those types of pop songs were the only ones I liked. Rock vocals remain superior.

i haven't been into kpop for very long, but i've found that one of the reasons why i love dreamcatcher so much is because of their unique stage presence. in that, while most gg fall somewhere between "cutesy girl-in-love" to "stronger-without-you girl crush" to "i-don't-need-you-i'm-my-own-badass femme fatale" - dreamcatcher just sort of... don't care about all that. their stage charisma completely disregards the typical concepts associated with being a girl in music (i.e. falling in, falling out, moving on from love, etc) while also being incredibly feminine and empowered in their feminity, but without pandering to the male OR female gaze. they just ARE sexy and confident, whether you tell them or not, and THAT'S why they're so appealing to me. However, having said that... when they DO tap into their female sensuality on stage... GODDAMN. These girls take no prisoners and leave no survivors. and the fact that they actively choose to be very gay about their sexiness when they choose to show it is just... a gift, lol. DREAMCATCHER, y'all. ain't no one doing it like them.
