I remember Jiu saying before the concert where they sang Always, that she was really worried she was going to cry. She did, proving once again that her feelings for InSomnia are deep and genuine. I doubt there was a dry eye in the audience.

I wonder what happened to Together too, but then again, this is labeled pt 1…so, maybe in pt 2? Edit: My dumbass is hallucinating…it doesn’t say pt 1…ignore me, I am functioning on half a braincell 😅

Always is the ballad of ballads and probably their best fan song. It always gets me emotional. Starlight is one of my fav songs from them in general. I believe one of the girls mentioned that the song is about their trainee days and how because they had eachother they were able to get through it to debut. Side Note: The jacket Yoohyeon was wearing in the end of concert clip for the skit was actually sold and i made sure to get one. Its so cool!

Unless I'm losing my mind I think you might have skipped over "Together" 😅 That concert clip of Always was the first song they sung live in front of an audience after covid lockdowns ended, so they were really emotional right from the beginning. And then them waving goodbye was at the end of the concert right after the Itaewon tragedy, and the concert was almost cancelled, so I think emotions were a bit high that day too. It's such a great album and I was crying when I saw those clips live and was crying again just watching them now. Something about seeing DC crying will get me every single time 😭

Their live performances >>>> editL if you haven't recorded it yet I recommend listening to the way "The Seven Doors" transitions into "Cherry" when you listen next time bc it's cool.

dreamcatcher \:D/ I had a feeling always would get ya 😅 it was the first time seeing fans since covid started so that's why they got emotional. a lot of them were familiar faces too and that's what got jiu. siyeon usually cries at the end of concerts since she's just happy to be able to perform. when asked about her feeling on having to 'redebut' since at the time it was taken in a negative light, she simply said being able to be on stage in front of fans is a happy thing. also the concert you said you liked is actually very toned in both their usual craziness on stage and fan reaction since it was after the stampede tragedy and they weren't even sure they should go through with it. imo one consideration was that a lot of fans actually flew to korea to see that concert(including kit of insomnicsy) so that might have affected their decision. after things tone down after the comeback, you should do the crossroads concert in section, especially the utopia part. that imo is their best concert albeit without fans due to covid.
