I know this was posted so long ago, but I’m so grateful I found it. My grandma returned to the earth this last December and was gone way before then. She always said she wanted to teach all the grandkids how to make these but she was never able to. This video means so much more. Thank you!!!!

I love this. I'm just learning the way the tribes do them with the red willow. I gathered some today and I've made my frames to dry. I have beading aunties and now I have a dream catcher grandma 🥰 thank you.

There’s a pentacle and a pentagram. The pentacle is a star symbolizing the connection of the elements and the spirit. The circle ties all life together, reverse the pentacle and it becomes a pentagram. Both are a part of pagan culture since paganism is very broad, it’s more of a spirituality than a religion. When the pentacle is flipped into the pentagram it shows the goats face and is associated with satanism.

That said, it’s very likely the pentacle originated from indigenous tribes
