I adore Dami's rap and singing! Her rap has a lot of energy and it's thanks to her I begun loving thia genre. When I listen to Dami rapping, I just want to move in the rhythm, to shake my head like our queens did in Sahara. About the singing, I think she has a very interesting timbre, I would love to hear her singing more. That's one reason why she is my bias.

@@onceyouwheeinyoucantwheeout From what I've seen a good 75% of artists don't fair well in different concepts or when trying different sounds, as demonstrated by this video, Dami not only can ace a more rock sound, but also the more cutesy style, as well as girl crush and mainstream pop. There are quite a few main vocalists in Kpop that whilst, yes they can sing, their technique needs work, whether that's because their voice is shaky, because they can't hold a certain note, or because they have to put a noticeable amount of strain in order to hit those notes (really bad in the long run). As you can see in this video, Dami isn't at all straining, her voice isn't shaky and she can hold notes, and that does technically speaking make her better than a lot of main vocalists out there, because she has ability and technique down pretty much near to perfectly. When it comes to who exactly I do have a few people in mind when saying this, but it's best to not note their names or the groups which they belong to specifically, a lot of these groups have lesser experience than DreamCatcher or are still considered rookie groups and to be honest even if they aren't trainees that's to be expected. There are still those that have about the same amount if not more that I could think of though in terms of vocalists in general but I chalk that up to them not being a strong vocalist anyway. It's never best to name others or groups though as that has the potential of starting fanwars because some people take constructive criticism as a means to attack their faves.

Another of my biases, choi yena of izone, has a really husky deep speaking/rapping voice, but when she sings it’s super soft and sweet, to the point where it doesn’t sound like her.
