Unique & Only One in K-pop! 한국에서 대중적으로 어필이 쉽지 않은 컨셉, 그것도 걸그룹이 Rock/Metal 음악한다는 컨셉으로 지금까지 계속 유지해오고 있는 것만으로도 대단하다고 할 수 밖에 없음. 기획사의 뚝심도 한 몫 했을 테지만 무엇보다도 멤버들 모두가 그런 컨셉을 소화할 역량이 되니까 가능한거고, 그걸 오히려 해외 팬들이 먼저 인정해줬다는 게 많이 안타깝고 아쉬움. BTS가 그랬던 것처럼 국내도 한번 뒤집어 놓을 수 있는 기회가 생겼으면 좋겠음. 그래도 예전보타 국내팬들이 진가를 알고 점점 더 늘어나는 것 같아 흐뭇하네요. Dreamcatcher, You're literally my heroines!!

Real talk, I'm wondering if the kpop industry will eventually move away from physical sales in part for this reason. It takes enough of a toll on the planet just to consume what we need; buying dozens of physical versions of albums, often in multiple versions, that are mostly just destined to sit on a shelf somewhere, feels like such a waste. I hope companies eventually push for fans to support their groups digitally instead. Not trying to throw shade on anyone for buying albums! Started listening to K-pop a year ago, mainly gen 4 girl groups but it started to feel repetitive, mostly same concepts. I really enjoyed lsrfm with their seraphim concept and pretty good music but lately the hate train against them started to affect me too and I wanted a break from K-pop. Also the more I got into k-pop the more I saw the dark side of it, with delusional stans, a lot of hate, stan wars, boycotts, idols hated for falling in love and so much more. After a week, my KZbin already knew something is not right and recommended me a Dreamcatcher live performance of The curse of the spider. It was love at first listen, I had it on repeat for a day. Then I started to listen to more Dreamcatcher and in just 3 days I think I found the best group ever that describes my vibe and that represents me. And this song is cherry on the top for me! I do think the climate change is real, the world is literally burning and because of this I’m afraid of having children cause I don’t want them to live on a dangerous planet. Unfortunately, this is situation that won’t be changed by a song, but the message is strong enough for people who are in doubt. In just 3 days I already caught up on some details, I saw this was their first win ever, which is a good thing(it got recognition), but also a bad thing like how the hell they got their first win after so much time with such incredible songs!? Also saw they got hated for this song cause yeah.. k-pop stans.. Would appreciate any help in getting to know them better, how to support them properly cause they really deserve it and I think they are the first group that I will proudly say I’m a fan of. I’m done with the fandoms sh1t, I just want to help in the best way this wonderful group (and K-pop in general but the hating is exhausting me…)

And there's a lot of content, from video making, to vlogs. Make sure to watch dreamcatcher's mind. I also suggest insomnicsy, she is really prolific in making short videos with translation of clue moments of most live streams and has many videos on the girls. With just these 2 dources, you have more than you can watch for a while.

Also the side content is good, they’re really nice and enjoyable people to watch(even tho a bit loud sometimes hehe). I also like the (special clips) and the covers, I think it’s such a good way to practice the vocals. Sadly new groups don’t do that much covers but they should cause performances are not improving at all(some 4th gen groups I like did their comeback recently and I’m kinda disappointed now). And the insomnia fandom is really nice, I just realised how toxic are “bigger” fandoms. Big fandoms are always overhyping their favs by discrediting others. Insomnia just support their girls no matter what but also appreciating others. I also find out recently how the wins are awarded and I’m very disappointed cause they’re just popularity awards.. these shows are similar to Eurovision in Europe where the winner is not decided by music anymore but other influences.. so yeah.. life is not fair but at least we’re lucky to have dreamcatcher and few other groups dedicated to their music and fans

We have also proof that this causes severe consequences to animal life and human life. It’s also evidence that connects the heat to the glaciers melting and its been calculated that it will elevate after many years since the temperature is going up. Also it’s not like it didn’t have bad consequences before when it was hot through old ages, it had many negative effects that also shaped natural disasters and life to be threatened to happen so either way in your belief, it’s still cause for concern. And also it became colder because after time, the negative consequences from natural disasters or asteroids, lessened, like how the nuclear effects lessened in Hiroshima and Nagasaki with time. But it impacted nature, especially carbon-14, but it actually had some good benefits for counting whale years that we solved in the pandemic, using samples from whales impacted by the nuclear impact to other whales, to show how to figure out how to count whales years. And they’re actually older than we thought. But yeah so anyway, we need to stop continuing to “Nuke” ourselves with dangerous radioactivity (Carbon emission consequences) that will last and damage us for as long as we use it. We can use a bit but it needs to be controlled and it’s tons of solutions ready already, France for example is doing quite good because of their focus on fission reactors. Because we are focusing too much on economy that we hurt ourselves and the world in the process, like first world countries literally use the resources for more than 1 planet. And eat more meat, use more electric and thermal energy and buy more food and clothes than necessary, which leads poor people to have to have less, because all of us in the world can’t use the resources of more than we have .

The reason why their win hits harder is cause they worked their *sses off for it. It started with a small fandom and InSomnia grew bigger little by little over the years and it finally paid off, They got their 1st win through all their hard work and their company believing in them and the music they were putting out and I a Somnia since day 1 really appreciate that DCC kept supporting them all these years. Let's get them some more wins. We may be a small fandom but we are just like our girls. Strong and we don't quit.
