Ergänzung / Korrektur : die gemeinte Platine hinten ist der IR-Receiver für den Andockprozess (keine Lust gehabt das nochmal einzusprechen).

Thanks for great detail. The front caster wheel is pain in the ass to deal with. I ended up modifing it so that when it breaks again, it could be simply pulled out without dismantling the whole thing.

Hi! So, the proper way to replace the caster wheel (without modding) is to remove the motherboard? I have L10s Pro with a broken caster wheel and by the looks of, it seems that the L10s Pro and L10s Ultra are using the same caster wheel. PS. My original comment was deleted, probably because I posted a link to a medium post tiled "Dreame L10 Pro Vacuum Robot Front Wheel Replacement".

@@dejanigrec If it is the same type of wheel - with the locking ring, then sadly yes, you need to lift the MOBO.

Vielen Dank. Mein Xiaomi x10+ hat immer einen Fehler geworfen dass der Filter gereinigt werden soll. Schlussendlich war dreck im saugmotor der dann blockiert hat. Danke für das ausführliche Video. Jetzt läuft er wieder

Do you have a tear down video of the base station? My water fill tube got clogged then Water tube disconnected internally

Sehr schönes Beispiel für ein Reverse Engineering. Ich verstehe nun die Fehlerquellen beim L10s besser! Weshalb diskutiert die Roboter-Gemeinde in ihren Foren so wenig darüber?

I lost one of the Little Springs from top of vaccum. Are they needed ? Where i could buy one? After assembled vaccum is going around itself and can not perform any cleaning. Is this because of lack of spring?!

They provide the lds bumper function and one missing may cause your problems because the cover is not leveled and maybe blocks some of the laser beams or cause some spinning issues - but actually i have no unit here to have a look. So you may test the unit with the cover removed. Also the front bumper could be blocked by a not well seated rubber gasket of the camera. Any error message?

@@frickhelm no errors. Only the device couldnt find its possition and asked to reset map. I did this and now it cant find itself anywhere. Just rotating in place till battery dies and then it would try going back to the docking station but also rotating in place instead. It might be this spring but i have no idea where i lost it. To be honest i had it in my hand and it flew ayway and since then noone seen it.... Do you think it could be replaced? Its also possible that i have broken something else. I teareddown this robot because when replacing cleaning liquid it went all over the robot (so wanted to clean it)

Ich habe den selben Roboter . Mein Roboter nimmt kein Wasser in den Wasserbehälter auf. Liegt das an dem Station oder an dem Roboter ? VG

Wenn kein Wasser im Roboter selbst landet wird es ziemlich sicher an der Pumpe der Station liegen : defekt, Schlau ch ab Werk falsch angesteckt oder im Schlauch ist zu viel Luft. Den Strohhalmtrick schon ausprobiert?

Gibt es ein Video zum Öffnen der Absaugstation? Es kommt trotz Strohhalmtrick, Luftpumpe von oben und versteckter Selbstreinigungsbutton kein Wasser mehr raus.

How do you remove the front wheel? It broke I need to change It.

If i remember correct you have to remove the motherboard to gain access to the mechanism holding the front wheel.

The stopper washer can be removed with tiny screwdrivers through the sides of the camera module. So the motherboard could stay put. However in order to install new wheel, I modified it by cutting the sides of the stopper washer in order to push it in.

Kannst du mir sagen wie das Bugad befestigt ist?

Das Rad selbst ist nur gesteckt (du kannst es einfach raushebeln). Die Halterung sollte auch nur gesteckt sein, eventuell siehst du aber auch Schrauben, wenn du das Rad entfernt hast. Ich kann grad nicht selbst nach schauen, erst gegen Ende nächster Woche.

@@frickhelm mit geht’s nur darum das ich das einfach rausbekomme ohne die Garantie zu gefährden. Bei mir ist das Bugrad warum auch immer gebrochen. Würde mir gerne Ersatz drucken.

Das Bugrad ist schwierig zum tauschen du must under das Motherboard und die Kammera ausbauen. Hinter der Kammera is dann ein kleiner Plastigsplint denn du entfernen musst um das rad rauszubekommen (Nicht einfach anziehen)
