Is there onboard water tank? What about compatability with alexa? Can we do mopping and dusting separately? Is dustbag reusable?

Yes there is a on board water storage. It should be compatible with Alexa, I’m using it with google home. Mopping and dusting can be done separately and together also, there is options in app to select according to our need. Dust bags are not intended to be reused but you can empty it and reuse a couple of times before it gets completely clogged.

Are there any service centre in Kerala? Heard that service is a big concern with this brand. Even the accessories are not available.

According to my knowledge there is no service centers in Kerala. I believe bangalore will be the nearest center to us. Contacting customer care they will guide you to send device to service center in case of any issues. I haven’t faced any issues till now. So I don’t know how exactly the service part work. And about the accessories, I buy it from their Amazon store.
