Just playing this game for the first time despite watching Pyro's video on it way back. After getting out of the sewers, where I was constantly on edge and paranoid, then coming out of the Save Room and hearing this song as I'm about to go into the subway is so tranquil in a way. Also the name fits, as after the insanity of the sewers you question if what you saw was real or just a hallucination or a dream.
