Dreamlight Valley Scar's Quests Guide - Part 2

So I picked up the stuff before scars quest started because I didn’t think it would affect it and now I’m stuck. What do I do?

I appear to have a glitch. It shows the orb in the pillar but I had no cut scene of it doing anything magical to that area. Still says I need to tend to it but there is nothing to tend to now 🤷‍♀️

If scar is already in the game what about the hyenas???
