@@romanpruneda-garza9881 it was pretty great, not too big and felt super safe with travelling with my wife and 2 daughters for their own ease of mind. kids area could be a better absolutely but was super enjoyable all around. would 100% recommend the hibachi restaurant. Was incredible and the meal was as good as the performance. Would stay again, not wild for families but for a couple is great but definitely caters to families. Been to family ones such as Sandos Eco that thats the target demographic.

@@heathermckinnon1865 it is enjoyable for both, if you are willing to spend more - I would 100000% recommend the one next door though if you have a family. We were going to but chickened out with it had opened 2 weeks before and had alot of issues. It will probably be the top place in Cancun in the next 2 years legit. We went over and already booked for next year as the prices are only going to go up. For 4 its 4800 US rn for a week in prime season could be around moon palace (10K with flight) come this time next year booking last minute. Dreams Natura is phenomel laid back and as a couple could enjoy it more than as a family. Though it is definitely good for a family - travelled with wife and 2 daughters (2 and 9). So comfortable and very intimate compared to other resorts and treat everyone right. Very transparent about everything, we learned even that the promotion process works on a recommendation basis and X amount of reviews lets them be eligible for a promotion in the next few months so will always get amazing service with this incentive based system. The spa is amazing like you cannot leave without going.

Non preferred had the same access to top shelf alcohol. As someone who's stayed non-preferred top shelf alcohol was there. It's not always stocked at every bar. But all you have to do is ask and theyll get it, or walk to a different bar. No where on the Preferred club amenities does is say that "upgraded" or "top shelf" alcohol is part of the preferred package. Quite the opposite.. AMR resorts pride themselves on providing their "unlimited luxury" experience for all guests which includes access to premium liquor upon request. Preferred club benefits give guests access to private pool, beach, butler, and usually at least one more restaurant. But, not upgraded alcohol. That is a common misconception people have with the AMR resorts due to the fact that upgraded alcohol is something other resort chains give for their club levels.

So is the preferred club not the same as inclusive? Is the preferred club worth it?

The entire resort is all inclusive. The preferred club is an additional perk you can add on. You get a few different alcohol options, private pool, and beach area. There is also a special lounge for the preferred only. Depending on how much difference there isn't all that much more you get. Hope that helps!

So the adults only pool is only for preferred? Ha. No where in their marketing does it say this. I would be ticked off if I came as a couple and couldn't use the AO pool.

Are the staff at the resort wearing mask?

When we went in June 2022 the staff were all wearing masks. Guests were not required to wear them.

How was beach and water…was it swimmable?
