What they actually need to do is: - Make a point to the side quests (instead of them being total bull.) - Obviously fix as many glitches as they can - Don't make the guards such total dipshits - Make Elise an animal (A hedgehog maybe. Since getting cutting out a scene with Sonic and Elise kissing, no filler to that scene would be just bad.) - Fix loading times -Make the bosses more interesting - Make the town less empty (More people and make them interesting. And at least make them worried about their own freaking Princess who's been captured.) The stages were fine, they just need to fix them. I like the feel of exploration and finding different thing's throughout the map if you go different routes or find a secret area.

To all the Silver fans out there: Guys DO NOT give up hope that Silver will be playable again. I believe him, along with Shadow, will return in a main game again. Why? Well for Shadow its easy. His popularity and fan demand is so high Sega will eventually put him back in to please the fans. Also Shadow would work perfectly with the boost gameplay. He has his "own" boost now so they could fit him in no problem. Silver on the other hand has LOADS of unused potential. There is so much Sega could do with Silver and they could really make his gameplay fun and satisfying. Hell even with the trainwreck 06 was his gameplay was still satisfying to a degree. Also Silver is a Force of Nature! Remember what he pulled off in Generations? Imagine being able to do that yourself! Holy crap! That would be so much fun! There is a reason Sega brought him back in Sonic Rivals. They have plans for him I'm sure. Just wait. I mean if they wanted to just get rid of Silver they would have left him retconned along with 06. Silver will be back!

Well there is a problem with some of that. The Boost Era for Sonic games is done, so that gameplay probably won't come back (for a long time or never again). However I do see your point. Shadow, everybody knows why he should come back. Silver got screwed over. He's a great character, he was just put in an awful game with awful playstyle and mechanics. The boost era is over, but Silver should return. I would love to play as other characters in a main game again. It doesn't have to be the oh so demanded Sonic Adventure 3. It can be anything. I love the cast of characters, Tails, Knuckles, Blaze, Shadow, Silver, even the Chaotix, Amy, and Cream. Sonic Boom is coming out and I'm actually excited for it. But it would be fantastic to have some of those characters come back to be playable in a main series game. The dark age of Sonic is long gone. Time to give those guys some playtime, not just Sonic.

+Mr Weedhead Yes, but consider this. Silver's world was one of constant flames, people he cared about probably died everyday, and he had to fight just to keep himself alive. Also he himself brings up that no one has ever given him a straight answer about what happened to the world, as such he would have been desperate to find ANY hope for his world, his future, desperate to try to save all the people he had to watch die. Mephiles was the first person to ever give him a straight answer, as well as a solution to a problem he thought could never be solved, which probably made him overlook the creepiness. On top of that, due to the condition of the world he lived in, I imagine that a lot of the people would come off a little creepy and weird, I doubt the way Mephiles acted around Silver was really all that uncommon.
