I just came back from there and yes they have both!! Buffet in the morning.. and by the pool they have burgers and hot dogs and stuff u can get.. food is the last thing over there!! Room service A1!! And their staff are great!! The lobby bartender clever remembers everyone’s name 10/10 recommendation !! Just be careful in the club it can get lit lol

I'm here right now... the restaurants themselves are pretty good but some close at random nights due to weddings. The buffet restaurant is only open 2-3 nights a week and their advertised opening times are not followed. Also the food at the buffet restaurant is extremely poor quality, always cold and the general atmosphere is loud, noisy and not relaxing. The staff are amazing here, the rooms are pretty good and can't fault them. The swimming pool area is really really noisy and this has caused my partner and I a lot of frustrations. There is often very loud music and annoyingly the music volume goes up and down sometimes every few minutes for no real known reason. The difficult thing about the music is it is in the centre of the pool area so you can't escape it really. The alcohol measures are really poor if you get a mixer or cocktail. Expect to be given mainly ice, juice and a dash of alcohol. The wine is pretty nice and the beer is ok. There is a coffee place on the resort which is brilliant - great coffee and snacks. There is a burger/pizza place at the swimming pool area and this is also really nice. They serve hot dogs and fries too. Entertainment is pretty good on the whole, singers every night, sometimes a short show like dancers or drummers. The location is poor in my view unless you're happy to stay ONLY on the resort. You can't walk anywhere unless you want to walk for about an hour. A taxi into Cancun costs £50 ($61 USD) one way. It's OK, I would rate it 3.5 stars out of 5. Wouldn't return but not unhappy, just think the money we spent could have gone further somewhere else. Just to reiterate again - the staff are very good. Extremely pleasant, hard working, friendly.

I have to agree with you. The staff makes the hotel. The 24 hour room service is better than 80% of the restaurants lol.
