Holy c*** lady, I heard this song playing in the afterhours of a houseparty today. Somebody decided to play old songs from our childhood. You almost gave me a heart attack. I havent heard this song since i was twelve, with my childhood friend and first girlfriend. She used to sing this for me. So long ago, But still amazing, You sing it perfect. Just a shame that girl was taken away back to Isreal when we were 16...

This is such a beautiful song, it needs to be recognized for it’s beauty. No disrespect to Linda Ronstadt, who is a legendary singer, but her cover of this song is all wrong. There is only one way to sing this song, and that is in the style it was first done by Cathy Cavadini (Tanya’s voice in the movie) and masterfully done here by Jess Anderson. Well done.
