We love Dreams Villas. Sams Club sells discounted Disney Gift cards, so we took advantage of that. Also, we ordered groceries from Target and Sam’s club before our arrival and just picked them up when we got there. So convenient! When they say everything you need is there...they are not exaggerating. Every single thing you need. We had 10 people there for a week last summer. It was perfect!! Literally saved enough on lodging to pay for park passes (compared to renting DVC).

I used to live in this complex back in 2008. It’s all they say and more! Location is wonderful, complex is safe and amazing, and the villa I rented was large and a very nice rental. Location is the best part. Would highly recommend!

Have you thought about getting a over the tub shower chair that makes it very easy to transfer from a wheelchair to bathtub and can be stored when not in use. Even with roll in showers most have a bench. You already put in a ramp this would make it work

We stayed there in December, being from the UK Sam's club membership was not really useful, but Walmart accept the card against any purchase. Also the card was for $45 not $40 which I believe is the current membership rate.

The Dreams Villas sound great! However, you failed to mention that reservations must be (7) days minimum, and the $99 is without tax and only during value season. I think these are deciding factors for many people, and definitely should have been stressed during this video.

Pretty standard for any business. They only list the cheapest price and the limitations are in the small print. Not defending them since they made this essentially an infomercial, but it is common. The rentals sound nice but there are so many options just as nice (or nicer) for the same price point or less with less limitations.

All places are going to charge tax. Most vacation rentals also charge hefty cleaning fees. This is an incredible value that we have enjoyed several times now.

Suzi Campbell This is true, but just would have liked to see them be more transparent about the actual real costs involved and the limitations on dates based on their four seasons (value, regular, summer, and holiday) since they stand behind it.

I am sorry that you feel we were being duplicitous in some way not mentioning that there is tax or the minimum nights required. We just forgot to mention them on the show. We do state it multiples times on our website "Minimum 7-night stay required for all bookings. Subject to availability. All rates subject to 13.5% resort and sales tax which will be added at time of quote." and you see the full price with tax before booking. This is NOT in small print - it is obvious all over our site.

John Magi Thanks so much for taking time to reply! I do appreciate how all the details are provided on your website. It just felt like major pieces of the puzzle were missing from the video, which was disappointing (insert a graphic on the screen with your various seasons and prices). Still very much a fan of you all, and the free Disney beach towels and Sam’s Club membership are certainly nice touches as well!

I'm sorry but please update your villa website this is not the 90s haha Also, this is misleading there is no option for 10 people with a rate of $99. The $99 is for the 3 bedroom. The 4 bedroom is "as low as" $109 a night......

Yes there are plenty of options for 10 people at $99/night plus tax. At a quick glance in 2019 there are over 50 dates AVAILABLE where the price for a 4-bedroom that sleeps 10 is $99 per night plus tax. Please don't accuse me of being misleading when your facts are just wrong.
