Review for Dreams Vista Cancun We stayed at Dreams Vista Cancun from November 22 to November 29, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Here’s why: 1. Horrible Room Service: The service was awful, and the staff were not helpful or attentive at all. 2. Beach Issues: While the location is scenic, the beach was small, unattractive, and lacked the crystal-clear water you’d expect. It was nothing like the photos. 3. Rooftop and Water Park: The rooftop was inaccessible, and the water park was small, poorly located, and freezing cold-unsuitable for children to play. 4. Terrible Food: The food was a nightmare-cold, overly salty, spicy, and simply unappetizing. My two-year-old son couldn’t eat anything, and neither my husband nor I enjoyed the meals. The only good part was the cake. 5. Hygiene Problems: While room cleaning was fine, we found a cockroach in our room. My husband didn’t even bother reporting it because everything else was already bad. 6. Room Change Requests Ignored: We requested a room change several times, but the hotel didn’t accommodate us. 7. Milk Delays: As my two-year-old mainly drinks milk, we often called for it, but each time it took 30 minutes to arrive. 8. No Airport Transfers: The hotel doesn’t offer airport transfer, so we had to rent a car. 9. Terrible Location: The hotel is far from the Hotel Zone. Every day, we had to drive an hour to reach beautiful beaches because the hotel’s beach was so bad. In total, we spent $6,000 on this vacation, and it felt like a complete waste. We left deeply disappointed and upset with the experience. Our family will never return, and we’ll be warning all our friends and acquaintances to avoid this hotel at all costs. Even if the hotel claims they’ll improve, it makes no difference to us because the damage is already done. We genuinely hope other travelers read our review and think twice before booking here.
