Reiki physician, heal thyself! Your body isn't worn down from these things, it is worn down from believing these things wear you down. Autoimmunity is when our immune system attacks us but this requires that our minds declare war on us which leads to physical processes breaking down. Gaining control over this does not require that we have the ability to walk on hot coals barefoot and not get burned, just keeping your hands off of hot burners, and even wanting to do so, will do just fine. Its prolly hands down the most effective energy-boosting field I tried (and I tried a lot) The only thing to keep in mind its effects are somewhat delayed, at least for me (listen in the evening around 17-00 2-3 times - feeling super-energetic the next day) As for the effects - they're better than coffee (with no "down" period) and better than excersises, that are specifically designed to boost your energy e.g. qi-gong (although I didn't become master at it) I remember I was doing for weeks a qi-cong complex and maybe in a very good day I had similar effect, but the complex took 40 mins (u need to do it x2 per day) and you need to be 100% focused as you do it, or the effects will be much less and there were days when I just didn't feel like doing this long dynamic meditation, so this field is really cool

There are a lot of dietary myths, it's pretty much all myth, all but the idea that you should not overeat. We stuff our faces like pigs and then look like pigs. I'm at my high school weight of 155 and eat 1 modest sized meal and 1 snack a day, although I eat what I want and thrive. Most of the problem is mental, you believe something is harmful and you will be right every time.
