@@kristierickson8511 I’ve got it too, it really sucks. You know anxiety attacks? Now think of those EVERY time you try to go to sleep. You don’t get a lot of sleep. (mine’s pretty mild so i eventually get sleep but it’s gotten worse and i haven’t slept in like two days so-) it is a real thing and it’s a pain in the butt

Everyone's putting their fears sooo ill put mine -Claustrophobia: Fear of small spaces -Autophobia: Fear of being alone -Cleithrophobia: Fear of being trapped -Thalassophobia: Fear of the ocean -Megalophobia: Fear of huge things -Nyctophobia: Fear of the dark -Entomophobia: Fear of insects -Phonophobia: Fear of loud sounds/noises (includes yelling and smashing things) -Glossophobia: Fear of public speaking Edit: I forgot how I got some, but how I got Claustro, Cleithro, Auto, Phono, and Nycto was because one day I was in the bathroom and I always lock the door. This time the door's lock was broken and I was home alone so I got trapped inside the bathroom for around 2-4 hours. When my parents came home they had to totally smash the door down (it was a glass door that was not see-through) and it cause a super loud noise that almost made me have a panic attack, and my parents were also yelling so loud and arguing how to get me out. I have Nycto because that night I had a bad dream about this so I was having sleeping problems that cause me to be the only one awake (and I was young so it traumatized me)

People are talking about their phobias so I can as well: Ligyrophobia: a fear if loud noises. Whenever I hear a loud noise, i feel very uncomfortable and might even start crying Dementophobia: fear of loosing control of yourself. I panick about that since I don't want to hurt anybody and I kinda have anger issues so it makes it worse
