Unfortunatly, my direct skin socket likes to slip off by sweat. It is not difficult after excesive perspiration, few air bubbles and done.

I lost my right leg due to cancer. I have so much problem with my socket I just got a willow wood socket with the pump.still having issues,my residual limb is very short.do u think this would be a better fit for me

What problem Seth had with liners? I had pin lock, now have kiss suspension and have issue with slipping off by sweat. Nothing works on sweat, didn't tried only botox. Wanna change for direct skin with revofit, i will get rid of this issue with it?

There were a number of issues Seth experienced when he was being fit with liners from a different prosthetic company. He felt they were hot, the prosthesis would rotate on his limb, the sweat would build up and cause the liner to slip off, the liner aggravated the end of his limbs due to movement with each step and he felt the piston up and down motion with each step. Hi, i have revo fit (click medical otto bock) adjustable socket, but with liner. my prosthetistst said to me that due to my stump look that Im not fit for vacuum socket. I have some scaring and stuff, but as I see tou to. I personaly dont like liners, but my stump did have oscilations in volume troughout the day. so socks. revo fit is great but, liners arent. how do you deal with shrunkage with vacuum.
