He also isn't capable of rubbing his fingers together with a star in between and putting it out like a spark. I have a debunk for this, and I’ve already said this many times in the past with Pitch Black vs. other characters. No, Pitch doesn’t need to have one specific person to fear him, but rather the whole children around the world, all of the guardians are reliant on this, as Pitch is the embodiment of fear itself. So technically his abilities are affective at least to Te-Ka. If you even count the books, he’s even wayy more powerful as he has extinguish stars and plunged Earth into darkness. Everyone believes in fear, so most definitely his abilities are definitely capable of being affective against Te-Ka. Jack Frost was also never afraid of Pitch Black actually, nor did he show any sign of it, but he believes in fear itself for which is Pitch Black, rather Jack Frost was identified to have strong hate towards Pitch Black. So this argument saying “Oh, but Pitch Black needs someone to fear him!”, he WANTS to be feared, but he doesn’t need to be, as long as someone believes in fear itself, he will most definitely live on with his appearance.

Personally I see both pitch black and tighten winning with low diff. Tighten has metromans dna where metroman can literally move faster than time itself. We can easily say he attained around 1-5% of metromans power so he should be atleast 10-20 times the speed of sound if he’s actually trying.
