I found your channel a couple months ago and I have to thank you for bringing a sense of peace and wellbeing to my life that I haven’t known in a very long time. Your videos help tremendously with my vestibular migraines, for which nothing else does, including medication. So thank you for that. And thank you for being a genuinely caring and loving individual. I don’t get that vibe from too many people but I get it from you (and my vibes are never wrong!) I hope you’ll continue to make these videos for a very long time - and in exchange for your kindness may lots of good things forever come your way! ❤😊

Vestibular migraines are one of the worst things I've ever experienced (except getting my spinal cord crushed), I'm glad this ASMRtist has helped you. I myself had them spontaneously self resolve after destressing sufficiently, but I know everyone's different.

I changed my diet a few years ago to more “clean” food ( not chips & pizza ) and this helped me a lot , I also cut out toxic chemicals like cleaning products etc & this also helped me - I hope this can make a difference for you too & so that you don’t get them as regular 💓🙏🏼 Thank you again for your kindness & I hope to continue to support you 💜💜💜

Thank you both for your kind words. I have changed my diet dramatically, but still use many probably toxic cleaning products. Will work to try to remove them altogether or lessen my exposure. I appreciate all your advice and will always keep watching and listening to your ASMR, Michaela. 🫶🏼💕

Beautiful session Michaela 🙏 that third eye cleanse really helped and resonated with me; I got a lot of heat in my legs just before you went to cleanse and protect heart chakra - must have been the blue flame or some kind of healing in my lower body area ☺️
