It’s just natural background noise of my room. Unfortunately I do not have a professionally soundproofed studio to record in. The background noise is definitely there but it’s only really highly noticeable if you turn the volume up a bit too much. My audio is tweaked during editing so you don’t need to turn the volume up too much and should be listened to at lower volumes both for audio clarity reasons and also to protect your hearing, listening to any ASMR at high volumes is not good for your hearing. I’m always trying to minimise background noise by using various tools while editing but it’s annoyingly something that’s always there. As with all things in life, some people don’t like it and some people do :)
