Rock bands of a certain time period, yes. And, those bands got their inspiration from American blues and rockabilly artists. In fact, there were American artists that sat in during concerts, making albums, etc. However, we are still grateful to the UK, not just England, for providing the world with such great music. My top 6 favorite bands of all time,60’s through the 90’s, are all Brit’s except one. And then followed by another round of British bands. Those were the days of Great music and musicians.
