Why doesnt he have the barge lalongside,Thats the most incompitent operator i've ever seen,He has never done dredging!

This dredging was taking place at the end of my street in Ocean City, NJ. I recorded it because I found it fascinating. It does seem that there should be a more efficient way to move sand a couple hundred yards. Thanks for watching!
