Louie is underrated as far as being a lyricist from Northern California & he's one of the best Latin rappers up here.

Louie Loc is a true MC, very clever wordplay, a large multitude of flows, great timing. There are very few cats in the Bay who can top that. His Life With Louie album is a classic in my book. Great to see the combination of true lyricism and bay area mob beats. Respect Louie and Dregs for making this interview happen! Shout out from Amsterdam!

Don Cisco was so dope to me. Aka Cisco the Frisco Mac. He had that album OH Boy and had that song Take me Higher on 17 reasons. He’s out of the Excelsior District. He was signed to Universal records . He was huge up and down the west coast. I guess they don’t mention him because he wasn’t a Norteno. He’s a dope MC. Shout out to Most Vicious.

@@king_oxj I live in L.A. now, since the Summer of 2019. Louie knows me from Lake County, as he came up and did some shows in about 2017 or so. I miss being able to at least be close enough to come visit more often.

@@king_oxj I first learned of Louis Loc from the 17 Reasons Compilation. It is one of, or possibly the best bay rap Compilation.

@@truthoverfacts9254 Yeah, I feel you. I don't know what side of the Lake you're from, but they're definitely fixing up Clearlake the last few times I visited. It's a nice place, just not many opportunities for the youth.
