Hi Andre! Awesome tutorial. Love it! Quick question: Is Glide support resizing of thumbnails? If so, Does it keep the correct aspect ratio for the thumbnail? I mean, you chose landscape thumbnails but what if I have portrait thumbnails? Will it keep the correct aspect ratio?
@drehimself5 жыл бұрын
Hmmm, the resizing of thumbnails isn't really the responsibility of Glide. The CSS you write will determine if the correct aspect ratio is maintained.

Hi Andre, great video! why not using Vuetify for the ui components?
@drehimself5 жыл бұрын
Vuetify is great but if you use it you are sort of constrained to Google's Material design. For projects likes these where you have a completely custom UI, I prefer using custom components.

Probably the last one.

Hey man, do you ever do App development? Was wondering if you would be opening to making a cross platform app clone in Flutter.
@drehimself5 жыл бұрын
I mostly do web, but I do have some experience in Mobile frameworks using web technology (primarily React Native). I haven't used Flutter yet, it's been something I've been wanting to learn.
