My belly fat was my biggest concern before. But as I started doing IF with Keto diet, worked like magic. Belly fats are gone. But of course it wasn't gone in a blink of an eye. Great advice! When I was on a high-carb diet I exercised every day by swimming and hitting the weight room! After the workouts, I had ravenous hunger and consumed more calories than I normally would have had I not exercised! This resulted in weight gain with very little of that being muscle gain! I have had weight loss just by changing my diet with low to moderate exercise! Proper diet and exercise are much more effective than exercising with a poor carb-rich diet!

Dear Dr. Stern Ekberg, Thank you for tips and I never miss your videos. If I may, I like to ask this questions. Will fasting and low carb diet heal hepatitis B naturally without having to go under medication?. Thanks and appreciate your help.

Thank You Phurba Lhendup. It will probably help, but it may or may not be sufficient. While there are many general things that a person can do to improve their health, such as reducing sugar, grain and processed foods. Some conditions are a little more complicated and require very specific analysis of the body. In my office we use Nutrition Response Testing to find and handle the root cause of the problem. 😀

I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes about 7 yrs ago and 5 yrs ago was prescribed insulin. I was taking 5 shots a day. I started watching your videos late last yr and on 1/4/21 began a low carb (no sugar), low calorie diet based on what I learned from you. I am happy to report that I am now only taking 1 shot of insulin a day and am slowly weaning off it. On my 61st birthday recently, I reached my goal of losing 30 lbs. Just want to thank you.

This is right. I’m a runner and research a lot on the science of running performance, this is consistent with all the other content I’ve watched and read. He’s right, more is not necessarily better, in fact a lot of elite runners spend a sizeable part of their training on - easy runs. So he’s right we don’t need high intensity long duration, all the time.

Once again great information. People get so confused and think the gym will sort their problems with being overweight. I know because I was that person. Today it's the gym to keep fit and Keto with intermittent fasting to reduce weight. My stats are dropping and so is my weight. A big thank you.
