Had a dremel but never used it. One day I cleaned out the garage and figured it was time to part with it. Use my cordless drill more often with the bits. I may wish I still had it some day. Great video 👍

The good thing is that they will still sell them for quite some time. Thanks.

I love my Dremel tool! So many uses! I run mine with a flexi shaft so it can hang up beside me. Very helpful while I fit the pads to my sphere cups.

Are you shaping your sphere cups with it or somehow using it on the pads? Curious.

@@DirtCleanerVideos I took your method of gluing on the pads and modified it. I bought pads off Amazon and the ringed sections are the perfect diameter for the cups that we get from China up here in Canada. I use a utility knife with breakable sections to cut out rings with 2 rows from the pad with the required diameter for any given cup. Apply pressure slowly so the knife edge doesn’t chip from cutting diamonds. Four laps around and it cuts through. This keeps the rings intact. I then use the Dremel with a cutting disc to cut a notch on every second section 1 row deep, from the inside, so it snuggles right into the machined bevel. I color code the cup and use a barrel sander on the Dremel to remove the paint on the gluing surface. This method removes the need to use the ring clamp to hold the pad in place for the pressing tool. With 6 pads for each grit, you can pad an entire collection of cups. 3 pads do the 1”, 1-1/2” and 2-1/2” cups and the other 3 do the 1-1/4”, 2” and 3” cups.
