We'll think about what the guy said. if we made the plane to big for big people the plane ride will be really slow and you won't go as high as we are supposed to. Than if say the plan is about to crash cause something went wrong it will be harder to for the plane to lift up. That's why there's a saying there's a limit to everything.

I think that it is fine to be a little thick as long as one is in good health. One does not have to have washboard abs to be healthy. I do agree that body positivity is no excuse to ignore one's physical health.

i'm going to use that now health shaming. Yha i don't care if you are big but there is a limit of how big we can be specially as you get older its not good to stay un healthy. Than there's the mentality change within your mind when you are big you start to change a little bit by bit. I know when i was kinda of fat i notice a change i wasn't active as i used to be and wanted to go out a lot. Just always angry and yelling to be lazy but after trying to lose weight and practice eating good foods i became my old self again. I still have a belly fat now but its okay it still makes me look skinny and also buying clothes is so much better now than before. As now there are less large clothes out there.
