Suggestion to viewers...I would not wait until retirement to enjoy the outdoors. You never know what health problems you may get that will prevent you from fully enjoying the camping and other outdoor things or, you may not be able to get out into the woods at all due to health reasons. Go out and enjoy the woods now. Use your time off, vacations, holidays off,ect. If you don't have or can't afford a camper trailer use a tent or a tarp for shelter, or get a cap for your truck bed for shelter. You never know what may befall you in later years as to your health...go to the woods now and enjoy it now.

I recently underwent open heart surgery as a result of covid. Going back to work in March. I'll fully retire next year and spend the rest of my life just camping 🏕 ... Either tent ⛺️ or RV. As it is now , I've got enough supplies to last for life...

I just finished binge watching your build. I think for someone who doesn't have a clue on what you're doing, you seem pretty intelligent. I love your videos, only problem I have with them are. When you're cooking the food it looks fantastic. I like to prepare meals like that. In the future could you let people know what you are preparing, what ingredients you're using, like a mini cooking show. I like the shrimp meal, it looks like gumbo. I like to know how you prepare it in more detail. P.S. What is the fun in fishing, when you catch, and release? The only reason I fish I want to eat what I catch.

Love the video, and the cooking, both indoor and out, always looks delicious. Have you thought about using a kettle on top of your stove to boil water? Not sure that you're ever out long enough to need to worry about conserving electricity, but it would be an easy way to save some stove time.

Good video, and you found a perfect location. I have found living in cottage country the secluded winter camping spots, are busy camping spots in the warmer weather, especially when fishing season opens. And fall, winter and early spring seem the best times for getting away from the crowds. Our summer time traffic is like living in Toronto.
