The only censorship is the dangerous false information he has put up. Dr Berg is just hamming it up for the attentions and views and to drive people to his site. You still got recommended this video so clearly he's not being censored and the reality is I still get recommended his videos despite having flagged a video of his previously that has been pulled due to dangerous misinformation. Dr Berg has a lot of good videos which makes his bad ones so much more dangerous because of the trust he has built. YT should absolutely remove harmful content and some of Dr Bergs videos have unfortunately been potentially harmful or harmful. He still has potentially harmful videos up.

#3 Stress. I had debilitating back pain in my 20s. I worked for chiropractors so got adjusted when needed. Went to an orthopedic who said I had compressed spine but I had no injury or accident that would have caused it. I tried acupuncture, PT, pills, exercise, nothing helped until someone told me about a book... Healing Back Pain, The Mind Body Connection. I was running on the treadmill within a week before finishing the book. It took a lot of pushing through the pain off and on to tell my brain and back I was in charge and there was nonreal reason for the pain. Stress and body pain are for real. Almost 30 yrs later, of my back starts to tighten up, I move, jump, get on a treadmill, do something to loosen it and let it know I am the boss, not my stress.

What drives me nuts is all the organic "healthy" food items that are made with seed oils and/or unhealthy ingredients. I have to be really careful buying organic products because I'm developing new food allergies. Safflower oil is the newest allergy. I itch when I consume it. Flares my eczema right up. It's come down to if I don't cook/bake it then I can't eat it. Realistically I need more guidance so I'm on the waiting list for an integrative physician consult. It will be out of pocket but well worth the time and money. I need baseline studies drawn & more guidance. Thank you Dr Berg for starting me down the path to wellness.

I think I could have that bile sludge problem. If you do, you can't absorb magnesium very well and this causes diarrhea. Finally after all this time I figured it out. I do take glutamine, then I came across choline citrate and this has been helping me come out of this problem.

I had a nervous breakdown while going through a seperation & that made me have a traumatic breakdown. At the time I was suffering so much anxiety, ptsd & depression. A few yrs later i was diagnosed with stenosis of spine & that bought on so much depression from chronic pain. About 8yrs ago my rheumatologist found out I had fibromaglia which all these years I was so sick that my depression & anxiety went through the roof. I know that fibromaglia is caused by low serotonin bought on from all the trauma I went through so I can truly relate to this video. If dr’s concentrated on finding cures on nerves of the brain & spinal cord fibromaglia could be cured. I take cymbalta & lyrica but my fibro is getting worse cause I believe I should be taking something better to fix me mentally first.

I lost 150lbs on Healthy Keto and have kept it off for 5 years now. I also have Hemochromatosis. Keto has helped immensely with inflammation. I have not eaten out in 5 years. I make all my meals at home from scratch. I required Open Heart Surgery in 2022 to replace a defective aortic valve, and good thing I lost 150lbs because it made recovery from OHS so much easier and quicker. I couldn’t imagine what I’d have to go through if I was my former weight of 321lbs. Don’t forget - if you do Keto and IF make sure you take an electrolyte supplement because your body will need the magnesium, potassium, and sodium to function properly. Otherwise you can get heart palpitations and other issues.

There WILL be inflammation at the site of a metal implant for about/up-to two years after the surgery which will decrease and allow more normal feeling/movement. However it's best to keep mobile during that time and eat good calcium and vitamin-K2 sources as well. I have a plate holding my arm together after a motorbike crash.

Dr Berg, what are optimal blood levels of Vitamin D? You refer to "up to 50,000 IU per day", but what blood levels should you target for optimal benefits? Thanks!

I just started taking Tudca about 2-3 weeks ago. Half way through a bottle of 60 250mg capsules. I've always had low back pain. It was central. Not right or left. A week ago I developed an intense pain from my neck to left shoulder. It got really bad. Couldn't sleep. It's improved but still there. Back pain isn't as bad as usual. I'm still taking Tudca. Some days just one capsule instead of the recommend 2. Anyway, from what's described in this video. These circumstances appear to be related.

Dr. Berg, in your video you state that 50,000 IUs of vitamin D3 can be taken daily…but for how long? On the bottle, the recommendation is weekly, not daily. Please advise. Thank you.
