I absolutely love this wheatgrass product, along with juicing, smoothies, exercising and trying to eat right, in just a short while, I am feeling better and better. I look guessed to having this wheatgrass twice a day for the rest of my life, as I am trying to reverse the effects of bad eating, being over weight, and just living in this modern polluted, toxic world we live in. I’m trying to be as strong and as healthy as possible. Thank you Dr. Berg and your wheat grass team so much. Thank you and good health to all. Remember though our goals for great health will only come from God’s kingdom under Jesus Christ’s rulership Isaiah 33:24 Bye

Dr Berg, are you not able reveal the other wheat grass brands that don't measure up to your product? It would be nice to know what brands to avoid and to give a good argument for your product.

Is there actually usable b12 in wheatgrass?
@Drberg6 жыл бұрын
Interesting question, we tested it and it came up at 2x the required amounts, however, the B12 is being made by the friendly bacteria around the grass NOT produced by the grass itself - fascinating

Large scale mono crop production of wheat grass? There must be a load of pesticides and fungicides!? It seems this is going too far away from what seems to make more sense: *Small scale local production.*

In theory everything seems cool, but in reality there is one big question: can we digest it? If we can't then it doesn't matter how nutrients and mineral it has. We get none of them. Unless someone convince me otherwise....
@stellaq33066 жыл бұрын
Silverterenzio Mix enough with water to measure a ‘shot’. Hold it in your mouth for a couple of minutes (don’t swish it around too much tho) to gain maximum absorption - then swallow. Swishing will draw toxins from the mouth - which you don’t want to swallow. It is also an excellent mouthwash. In this case, same measure - swish for a couple of mins if you can - then spit out. Good for gums & teeth. I do this after my ACV to neutralise the acid on my enamel. First thing in the morning on empty tummy is best.

Unfortunately, that area of Utah is heavily polluted with oil refineries.
@Drberg6 жыл бұрын
No - now the area we are farming
@Risingnshouting6 жыл бұрын
Devita Bloom Actually, the oil refineries are in Salt Lake and Davis counties, far away from Delta Ut, where that farm is. I live in Salt Lake and my Father was the sales manager for one of the major refineries here. There are oil wells not too far away- 80 miles or so, but no refining. The nearest major source of pollution to this area is in California.

If you did not harvest the roots, it is clear that the nutrient content is dramatically reduced. You need another harvester that harvests both grass and root
@Drberg6 жыл бұрын
the roots pull the nutrients in the top part of the grass; the nutrients don't stay at the roots - it's survival purpose is to flood the entire grass with nutrients for the intention of fertilizing the seed
@ytrebiLeurT6 жыл бұрын
That's obvious. But if he says the nutrients are lost within two hours by cutting off the roots, then one should keep the roots so that no nutrients are lost and only cut them off when they are no longer needed. Of course I realize that if things are not done right from the start, a changeover would entail enormous financial costs that would have to be recouped. Our entire agricultural economy is based on wrong methods, which has led to thinning of minerals in the soil in the long term. People think in short-term periods, nature does not. permaculture could be the nutrition of the world of tomorrow.
