So many gems and clinical pearls in this video, thank you! Does anyone have a link or document stating which vitamins are stored where in the body and why? What it’s function then is as a result? For example he stated vitamin C is stored in adrenal glands, which I then found out creates norepinephrine and epinephrine/ adrenaline. That’s why if you are on stimulants or are chronically stressed/ in fight or flight you are often vitamin c deficient. A document or page with each would be vital to my life! Google searching is terrible for any of this stuff!

Dear Dr. Berg! How long do you think we should chew food before swallowing? In particular, will this affect insulin release? Especially with carbohydrate foods. After all, digestion begins already in the mouth and continues in the stomach and further in the digestive tract

I have recently bought Lypo Gold digestive enzymes and wasnt sure if I could take it as I heard that it could make diabetes with blood sugar spike if our digestive kicks in faster. Dr. Berg, My husband had a torn ACL and had knee surgery years ago. The Dr used his hamstring to help repair his knee. Since I have been giving him Proteolytic enzymes, he has been in pain in his knee. Is it not good to take after such surgery? Please let me know.

Dr Berg: I get burps after eating. I have ibs and fibromyalgia. My pain is caused by gas trapped in skin. I really think maybe I have Sibo but my Dr does not understand. I have started taking enzymes and I have started having bowel movements before I was constipated.

Thank you for this video. It is not common to find good information about enzymes. I would be interested to hear more detailed information about enzymes, especially when the food is cooked, such as : which enzymes are destroyed by the heat of cooking and at what temperature. According to this video, it seems that some of them can resist at a very high temperature. I was told that enzymes in milk are killed in the pasteurization process. Is that true ?
