shame its just the center we see in pretty much all Dresden footage, you missed so much of this city ... we have more nice bridges, palaces/castles, hillsides, parks, museums and so on ... really not that far from the city center. If you want to add value to your city footage and want to stand out dont just show the basic 2-3 central points everyone else has filmed a thousand times already. Just a suggestion

The most beautiful city in Germany - her cultural center. The allies firebombed the city for 2 nights late in WWII. The Church of our lady was not hit by a bomb but the interior burned causing the heavy stone dome to fall in. The church lay in ruins for 50 years until Germany reunited. I have visited Dresden numerous times and seen the progress of the rebuild. My last time in Germany, I went inside. This is my favorite city in Germany.

Très belle vidéo sur la "Florence de l'Elbe". Dresde est une ville magnifique et ses paysages sont d'une beauté splendide. Quand Helmut Kohl promettait des "paysages en fleurs" lors des premières élections libre en RDA en 1990, il n'avait pas tout à fait tort. Aujourd'hui, la capitale saxonne est comparable à n'importe quelle ville de l'ouest de l'Allemagne. La véritable reconstruction de Dresde (et des autres villes de l'ancienne RDA) ne débuta réellement qu'en 1990. Merci pour ce partage et bonne continuation.

No. The stones of this kind gets dark with age (exposion to air) naturally

Maybe you are referring to that disgusting Commie crap built in the 1950s and 60s? That Is boring. Some of those buildings are so awful they are beyond boring. However, I hope you are not bored with the Zwinger Palace, the Hofkirche, the Opera House, The Castle, The Japanese Palace, the Frauenkirche, the museums with so many different collections which rival or exceed any European capital. I hope Raphael's Sistine Madonna is not boring. What about the sets of rooms in the Castle which after years of painstaking work including Louis Sylvestre's frescoes have finally been recreated As for Leipzig, it was badly bombed in the war, but it was not carpetbombed to the point where almost everything was absolutely incinerated like Dresden.
