Bledsoe was a damn good QB people forget about him. And whenever people bring up strong arms Bledsoe hardly gets mentioned he has a lighting quick release, he threw a tight clean spiral and had a absolute cannon for an arm.

Disagree. Drew Bledsoe is a nice guy, and intelligent & an articulate guy, but .... he was never at anytime "underrated". The reverse is true, as he was very clearly overrated. History shows that Bledsoe lost his starting job at QB on THREE different NFL Teams (NE, Buffalo, Dallas), not just one of them. Yet the Media always wanted to make him out to be "the next Dan Marino" or John Elway, but he never was performing to that "NFL League MVP" type of level. He had a low completion percentage (50% range), a high interception rate, would get flustered under pressure, and never threw more than 27 TDs in any single season. In big games, he did not play very well. In his only Super Bowl appearance Bledsoe threw 4 interceptions, yet was never blamed by anyone for the multiple turnovers. Instead the Media just overlooked all of that and pretended that The Patriots were "beaten by a kickoff return" by Green Bay (with the whole entire 4th Quarter still yet to play, and plenty of time to comeback). So despite that, instead of being run out of town, Bledsoe was made the highest paid player in all of the entire NFL with a (then record) $100 Million dollar contract. So just how is a $100 Million dollar man (and highest paid player) - with zero Championships - ever getting "underrated", or underappreciated here? The History shows that Bledsoe was 0 - 2 on the exact same Team that Tom Brady came in and led to a 14 - 3 record, and a Super Bowl Victory. Granted what Brady did was special (numerous last minute come-from-behind wins). But Bledsoe was also only 5 - 11 the year before .. with most of the same players being on that Team too as well (and Belichick as the Coach). So Bledsoe was just NOT getting the job done on the Football Field. Yet he was always respected & treated very, very, very well ... better than his on-field performance actually ever justified. I still think Bledsoe is a good person, and entertaining -- but a guy who lost his job on THREE different NFL teams & organizations (with three different Head Coaches involved) cannot be then elevated into greatness as a player. For a #1 Draft pick ... you want to see MORE than that to show for it. It is what it is....

Bledsoe killed it, as did Bellichick & Edelman. I think Gronk was a little inebriated and nervous plus i don't think he was prepared for the stray roast shots that came his way. Kevin, Tony H and Nikki Glaser killed it too. All in all a really great roast and a great start for Netflix' comedy segment
