I still strongly believe that the Kings will be a real threat for Western Conference. They still have one of the best defence in the league. 0:07 The way they moved the puck was amazing. Quick was up to the task in this game, given him the big credit.

As a lifelong kings fan, I will always root for mr. Quick, he has been the back wall, the heart and soul of the kings. As a fan, the business side of all pro sports takes away from the purity of the sport. Hockey is the last of the 4 major "sports" that I follow.

As a lifelong hockey fan I agree whole heartedly with your entire comment. I only hope that hockey follows the example of soccer (true football) and tries to avoid the over commercialization of the sport. While there are breaks for "shovel ice cleaning" (commercials) they have not seemed to slow the continuity or surges that occur during play any more than injury time outs or video reviews do.

It’s funny…. Quick made me so mad as a Rangers fan back in 2014. My cousin is a Kings fan so there’s a family rivalry of sorts to go with that and while the Rangers were not supposed to go to the final, they did… and were clear underdogs. They were in every game that series and Quick just made every save he had to. It’s a shame what happened with him and the Kings organization but man would it be fitting if he brought a cup to NY this year. LGR!

if he was playing like he is now they wouldnt have traded him. Dude had a 3.50GAA and 0.876% in march, and the season before he didnt do much better. I think trading him lit a fire under him, got him out of his comfort zone.

we have 2 cups 3 CF appearance 'should have been 3 SC''s' because of the Q MAN & WE ALL KNOW IT! I had hope he would return at the trade deadline (my personal dream,) that's not gonna happen, But man what a final it would be to return to an LA v NY SC final! ..& Q is in there, (maybe were beat by him) I believe it would be a Toronto LA CF 92 what a series it would be, & I would pay big $$ to see it. On another note: I like how D.Evans has grown into his broadcast role over the years, still can't stand baithe, but she is finally at times seeming natural. Just be yourself stop thinking so much!
