aw so happy that you were kind/respectful/generous with the old hoarder man and gave him more than asking for those lights. that was the right thing to do.

Once again, Drew prevailed with the hoarders. Yay for the folks that bought items. Great to see Enzo posing, what a star.

They say they collect the cars and bits and bobs because they love them. Love them so much you destroy them through neglect? It takes a very strange mind to think that's love.

You see rot and chaos, they see the items through the eyes of the beholders and see past the rust. It's NOT a question of money and owning something nice and shiny. It's a question of having things you enjoy around you in your everyday life, but few and far between are the people who can understand that. Its all a testimony to what WAS and a great big finger to what IS.

Hopefully the 2nd hoarder has no children that are going to have to deal with that mess. What's the point of an "Investment hoarder" if you don't sell any of it?

Tite by name, tite by nature. Saw that one coming. My father has hoarded for decades and sadly has alzheimers. The one thing he remembers is he doesn't want to part with anything. It's a struggle.

It amazes me that people hoard all that stuff and won’t take good money for it! You can’t take it to the grave with you..

Hoarders suffer from a form of mental sickness; they aren't interested in restoration work at all. Most of these pensioners, blighted by old age and bad judgement, will die amid piles of rust-covered refuse which had been denied opportunity to survive and provide a few more years of service. My guess is that surviving relatives will enlist the help of bull-dozers and swing-balls to rid these properties of the junk-litter that was considered 'treasure' by these misguided fools; fools who consider a rusting car body or wrought-iron gate as a national archive. Oh, the folly of man!
@barrywainwright33912 жыл бұрын
Hey who are you calling a misguided fool? I'm a hoarder and am making $1000s from all the things I find and collect. Stop passing bad judgement upon hoarders because you don't know their situation. Not all collect rusty junk. I know hoarders who have amassed tons of money and treasure hunting is a fun profitable hobby. I'm also a dump digger and it's unreal all the free stuff I find. It's the thrill of the hunt. Yesterday's trash is today's treasure.
@mindthegaphj6372 жыл бұрын
Not all hoarders have a mental illness some like Mr Tite may have some sentimental attachment or possibly remind him of his childhood, if he was a true hoarder he wouldn't part with anything. His collection will die exactly where they should with the owner who has every right to do with them as he will. Some people like to have loved ones surrounding them when they die, and some like to go with their loved ones, and loved possessions around them too 😊
