Legion on the Doctor Fate lane would activate at the time you play Legion though, not at the end of the game, wouldn't it? So, maybe he would only make every location unrevealed then?

Also I feel like if they added Lucifer it should reveal 1 random card and discard 1 random card when you remember that the discarded card is also revealed. If you discard the revealed card then it’s basically just discard 1 card but otherwise you see a card and discard another card and still know what 2 of the cards in their hand were. Then it could be buffed to like a 2/1 maybe 🤷‍♂️

I think Harley would be cooler if she had some synergy with bounce decks instead of destroy decks. Cost 1. Power 3 When Harley would return to your hand or deck, move to an adjacent location instead and double her power. Could be cool with Lockjaw (given he still replaces her), Beast, Falcon, or Luke's Bar

I love the Two Face card. My only critique is Twi face the card should be a 2/2 and make the coin bonus power from him be +2 power. That’s a whole thing from the characters history where all his crimes revolved in some way around the number 2. Stealing 2 million dollars on the 22nd from the second national bank

I think martian manhunter needs to always cost five because if its power changed it would make morph the most useless card in the game, there would actually never be a good reason to run morph over manhunter.
