Hey travelers! Do you want to win one (of five) signed postcards from Antarctica?! Comment A) your favorite moment of the video, B) where you are watching from, and C) your bucket list trip!! Bonus points if you say something creative and stand out 😍 I’m picking winners in 48 hours from now, and I ship worldwide! PS - I want to genuinely THANK YOU for watching this story - it was (by far) my biggest production yet in terms of planning, budgeting and overall epicness. Thank you to White Desert for putting on this once-in-a-lifetime expedition! In case you are wondering, they offset ALL of their carbon emissions from flying & daily activities - and have been completely carbon neutral since 2007! I love you all and stay tuned for more awesome adventures ahead!!!! ❄🐧🇦🇶

My Grandfather use to do expeditions in Antarctica during and after WWII. He was a weather analyst back then. He still has the gigantic zippo style lighter that he cooked food on. After watching many of your episodes throughout my life, I've got to say this one is the best. I wouldn't say the editing is any different or the video quality. Antarctica is just insane. The weather, temperature, winds, light, snow, ice, camps.. All of it. Been watching for so many years and still to this day have the same drive and hunger as I used to have 5 or 6 years ago when I was watching people travel. Currently I'm 18, studying, and can't wait to get myself a job and spend absolutely 100% of my income towards traveling to obscene and absurd places like this one. All the love from Serbia

The most favourite moment from the video is where you eat the ice , people in India who have zinc deficiency or just like to eat ice , eat ice a lot and i mean a lot that includes me too by the way the nature , the wildlife over there in Antarctica is so fascinating and how the sun reflects over the white glazing snow and blinds you at every moment possible as there is no light as a continent that never sleeps in specific seasons . Love from India Drew!! 🇮🇳, I would definitely love to visit the Egyptian pyramids and explore it's wonders

Hi Drew. This is my mom’s youtube account because the comments are disabled.😅 Since I was 7 years old my dream was to go to every country in the world. That’s basically my bucket list and visit south pole of course. But a bucket list trip would definitely be the Caribbean. I’ve been watching you since I was 8. I’m 14 now and I still watch you’re videos with the same passion as I did when I was 8 when you didn’t pay the barber a visit as often as now, just kidding.😂 I sent you an email back in February and you answered like 20 minutes later, trust me that made my day probably 10 times. I am sending this from Hafnarfjörður in Iceland near the other pole. The 2 best parts of the video is when you touched the pole at the end and when you flushed the toilet. 🤣 I hope you visit Iceland sometimes and if you do, you know who to call. Keep doing what you’re doing❤🥶

@@drewbinsky well if you ever go to an aquarium, they’re very cute. They have like a stress ball material on their head that you could squeeze which they use for echolocation and they’re very nice and you could put your hand in their mouth. And yet they weigh a few thousand pounds.

There is an Antarctic station located precisely at the geographic South Pole. It's called the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station. This research station is operated by the United States Antarctic Program (USAP) and serves as a base for scientific research in various fields, including astrophysics, glaciology, meteorology, and geophysics. The station is situated at 90 degrees south latitude, making it the southernmost continually inhabited place on Earth. So it's safe to assume that well over 10,000 people have visited the south pole.
