You can connect to FTP on your computer with FileZilla for example to update your website from your desktop. Bluehost has instructions to connect with FTP but simply using their C-Panel is just as easy.

Hey King, I always do the three year plan myself to get the lowest price but they give the option to pay monthly. I don't think it's worth it, I would do a year minimum unless you only need hosting for like 1 school project for example and then will get rid of it.

Sorry. My english is poor. What made full website (index.html, contact.htlm, offer.html). Hot to creating Internal Links who adres is for example not www.mywebsite.com/contact.htlm but www.mywebsite.com/contact.
