Tbh sf4 is very similar to sf6 so they could just port most of his moves to sf6. And for modern, what they can do is that they change ducking to a command dash(like ed) and then jet upper for fsp, machine gun for bsp and cross counter for dsp

All 3 punch buttons would be the heavy kick (if you're using a PS3 it's R2 I do believe) or you can always change the buttons to your style.
