Your're such a great teacher, I like how you break down the steps even to people like myself who don't have the foggiest how to do it☺️

I knew this move, but this explanation has helped me to understand it so much better and refine my moves. Doing those drills really helps, even if you feel that the first steps are silly, do them friends :) Those methods really enrich our spinning. Thanks Drex !

I found doing the corresponding body tracers instead of drastically popping up or down (upwards under armpit/downwards behind shoulder) is somehow easier for me, even though technically it's not the same flower shape. I suggest to anyone who got this trick down to try body tracing with it to progress into snakes/caps and such.

I've always loved isolations since I started years ago, and mess around with oppi direction, and technically split time as well. Didn't realize that would basically transfer to this lol sweet

Good video, thanks. Have you ever considered flipping the video on the horizontal plane, so when you say left it's actually our left. An Actual mirror to practise in same time with verbal instruction

Oh! I just realized why I'm having so much trouble with this one: the rear arm should be doing a buzz saw between the arms, but I've been doing it with both poi in front of my arms. Maybe you mentioned that somewhere and I missed it, but I guess I'll have to start adjusting my muscle memory for this. 😅

What microphone are you using for these outdoor videos? It sounds so clear!
