Sir, in 18.36 , you take y=1 instead of -1, so that answer can't be matched. The corrects values are b=2 and a= -1

@Dr.Gajendra Purohit, I really appreciate your videos, as they are very awesome & helpful in true learning of the concepts. Below mentioned are some mistakes in this (Lec # 2) video, for your reference. 1) At 9:28, the derivative of z term is taken 8k, but it will be 8zk. But this error does not affect the solution 2) At 18:34, the value for -2y will become +2, after placing the point (as y = -1), and not -2 as shown in video, hence the equation at 18:44 will become ai-2j+0k, instead of (a-4)i-2j+0k, thus the solution (after 19:32) is affected by this error. According to my calculations, the values of constants (after 20:02) will be a = -1 & b = 2 Regards.

In (grad g) at (1,-1,2) you by mistake put the value of y as 1 that's why you got (a-4)i but we bave to put y=-1 , then we get (a)i So the vale of a= -1 And b =2
