Dought If (-1,1) is open interval so it's nabourhood of its each and every point so let's p=1/2 and €=2 so it's nabourhood is (-1.5, 2.5) which is not subset of (-1,1) so how for every point of open interval is it's nabourhood?

Please take minimum value in epsilon. Epsilon means very very small value. Ex: let suppose €=0.0002 then you can check that it is in the set of (-1,1).
