This coop mod is more stable than the entire Sims 4. It's the only thing that still makes me play this game tbh, and it may be an unpopular opinion, but I need this feature in the Sims 5!

I’m the mom of four kids. And since I’m always at home we’re also the “hang out house” during the summers so almost everyday we have at least 6 kids in the house. I have never related more to a Sim than I have with Agnes today. I know your pain Agnes, I know your pain.

I’m here all the time so the other moms and dads know it’ll be a safe environment with adult supervision so they don’t hesitate when their kids ask to come play. Add on the fact each of the four kids have their own friends so multiple kids ask to come over on the same day and the next thing I know I’ve got seven kids running around the house 😂 now that school is back in session it feels almost too eerily quiet haha.

So often we perceive toddlers as needy and constantly winging/demanding for food, not to mention the crying, but when you put yourself in the position of the toddler with no control over how you're cared for other than suggesting your wants and hoping they respond, suddenly everything they do is completely reasonable and justified. This video proves that.

You know, that’s actually very insightful. Maybe we should come up with more ways to allow toddlers to feed themselves when they’re hungry. Like instead of locking all the kitchen cupboards, reallocate one as a ‘safe’ one that’s filled only with safe foods for the toddler to eat or something. Or have a separate toddler-height shelf or something.

@@HerHollyness that could be quite useful so long as you teach them how to eat what's in the cupboard and don't have too much in it to prevent overfeeding, so like a restocking tub and snack. Sounds useful for both the toddler and adult.

@@redrangerrr558 I think you’ve really hit on something there, honestly! Raise the child to know that whenever they are hungry they can go to the designated cupboard/shelf/wherever and there will always be some kind of snack available for them (I’m thinking bananas, satsumas, maybe a few cookies per day so they’d have to be the age of eating solid food, obviously) and there would be far less crying AND they’re learning independence! That’s really clever. If/when I ever have kids I’m going to try that.

In Sims 2 and/or Sims 3, I believe this happened without mods (could also require a mod but almost 100% one of them didn't.) I don't think it happens in Sims 4 without a mod but I could be wrong.
